Full tear-offs down to the deck, rotten OSB and sheathing replaced with solid CDX plywood, and a new architectural shingle or membrane roof installed tight and clean.

Low-Slope & TPO Flat Roofing
TPO membrane installation for low-slope sections, sealed and detailed properly so water has nowhere to go but off the roof.

Nixon Roofing and Construction is run by Jeremy and Myndi Nixon out of Jefferson, Oregon. Jeremy leads every crew personally, and the business is built around a simple standard: if a roof does not need replacing yet, we say so, and we do the repair that buys it more years instead.
We are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, fully licensed, bonded and insured, with 8 years of experience installing, replacing and repairing roofs on homes, apartment buildings and commercial properties across the Mid-Willamette Valley.

Jeremy and Myndi Nixon with Nixon Roofing are the only roof vendor we use for repairing and replacing roofs. They do all of our personal properties and rental properties. Our favorite things about the Nixon family is the fact that they treat you like family. They're fair, honest and if you don't need a new roof yet they'll tell you and just do the repairs needed to keep it going until it's time to replace it. They did that on a large, two story 15 unit complex we had. They said, “it's time to replace it but if you're not quite ready you need to fix this area and this area and you'll be good for a little bit longer.” We had a roof leak on Thanksgiving weekend a couple years back and they came out Saturday morning to crawl through the attic to inspect it and then do a quick repair. Their pricing is always on point. You won't be disappointed if you hire them to do your next residential or commercial property.

These guys flat out got it done. We needed a roof replaced quick and done right for a home loan, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Tore everything off, replaced rotten OSB with solid CDX plywood, and had the whole roof done in two days. They ran TPO on the low-slope sections and put on architectural shingles everywhere else. Lines are straight, everything looks tight and clean. Showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. No BS.

Phenomenal job. We've got a historic house that has a CRAZY roof. It was not an easy job, but Jeremy and his crew did an amazing job. Quality materials and top-notch craftsmanship. Would give them the recommendation; they will not disappoint. 10/10 would hire again.
